RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days and merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered, with tags attached and with the online receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Any items that have been washed, even if following care/wash instructions, are not eligible for return. It will be the responsibility of the the customer to pay for shipping fees to return merchandise. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (per tracking receipt).
All orders placed on aarynivyboutique.com are eligible for exchange or online and/or store credit within 14 days of receiving merchandise. We DO NOT issue cash refunds. The receipt must accompany the return of merchandise to receive an online and/or in-store credit. If an item/items are returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to do so.

ALL jewelry and sale items are also FINAL SALE. Clothing or other items that are marked “Stylish Steals” or marked Clearance are FINAL SALE and can not be returned for store credit or exchange.
DEFECTIVE
If you received defective merchandise, please contact us within two business days so we can correct the issue. Damages must be reported within two business days of receiving the merchandise or it cannot be returned.
